- 1.0
- Effective

1. General Duty
The User must use Intsell only for legitimate purposes connected with Store operations and in accordance with applicable law, the Free-Use Terms, and third-party rights. The Store is responsible for personnel it authorizes under its account.
2. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload unlawful or misleading content, content promoting counterfeit goods, material infringing intellectual-property or personality rights, malware, material promoting discrimination or violence, or content prohibited by applicable law.
Personal data must not be processed without the data subject's knowledge or a valid legal basis. Special-category data, health data, identity numbers, card data, and unnecessary contact details are never permitted.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized access or attempted access, bypassing security controls, executing malicious code, disrupting the service, evading rate limits or tenant boundaries, spam, impersonation, deceptive accounts, automated account multiplication, and fraudulent renewal of the free allowance are prohibited.
No vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or data extraction may be conducted against Intsell or third-party systems without prior written authorization. Good-faith security reports may be sent to info@intsell.app.
4. Investigation and Enforcement
On a security signal or credible breach report, Intsell may investigate, temporarily restrict access, remove unlawful content, or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach. Measures are proportionate to the nature, impact, and urgency of the issue.
Unless there is an urgent security risk, Intsell provides the User with the reason and a reasonable opportunity to remediate. Valid authority requests and legally required notifications remain unaffected.
5. Reporting
Suspected misuse, account compromise, or a security issue may be reported to info@intsell.app. A report should include enough technical detail to understand the issue without unnecessarily disclosing another person's personal data.
